Marco Cappelli has made his passion for historical popularization a reason for living: in 2018 he created a highly successful podcast - Storia d’Italia - with the boundless ambition to narrate the entire history of our country. He has produced history podcasts on behalf of Storytel and LoquisWith Solferino he has published two books, Per un pugno di barbari (A fistful of Barbarians) (2021) e Il miglior nemico di Roma (Rome's best enemy) (2022).
