Salvatore Bellavia

Salvatore Bellavia was born on March 5, 1995, in Agrigento, Italy. While studying at his city's classical high school, he spent a year in Rome at the Accademia Vivarium Novum (collaborating on the first printings of the Tyrtarion volumes and on the formulation of some teaching materials now included among the teaching aids on the academy's website), and after graduation he moved to Pisa to study classical philology at the Scuola Normale. Currently a graduate student in Egyptology at the University of Pisa, he occasionally does substitute teaching in high schools.
