Gianmarco Pagano

Born in 1997, he grew up reading superhero comics and manga. Over time, that passion grew into something more, leading him to attend the Scuola Romana dei Fumetti, where he had the opportunity to turn his interest in drawing and storytelling into a concrete career path, and through which he contributed a short black-and-white story to the book "In rete – storie a fumetti tra reale e virtuale"
Together with other students from the school, he founded Ratto Collettivo, through which he took part in his first projects, including the anthology "170 Pages of Monsters", a collection of fantasy stories about imaginary and mythological creatures, and "Ratsodie", a collection of black-and-white illustrations with a rat theme.
His goal is to continue growing as an author and illustrator, with the ambition of one day working in the world of superhero comics—the very comics that, ever since he was a child, have made him fall in love with this art form.
